Svetlana altered a skirt and pair of trousers for me. The waist needed to be made smaller on both items but the hips did not need to be changed. When she had done them they not only fitted but I could not see where they had been altered.
I also needed a quick turnaround and again this was no problem. I shall certainly use her again.
